Both myself and Taylor wanted to send a follow up after our big day, to say a huge thank you to all at Faithlegg. The staff were all impeccable on the day, and made it run so smoothly for us. Apologies I cannot remember the name for the coordinator for the day, Kate or Tara, did a great job throughout.

However 3 people in particular deserve a very special thank you.

The night porter John, was so warm and friendly to all of our guests, with a constant smile all night.

The bartender for our event, whose name I did not catch, was the best bartender I have ever dealt with at a wedding. His attitude and demeanour were top notch. Faithlegg are so lucky to have him on staff.

And finally, the manager on duty that morning, Don, he was the shining star of Faithlegg. He went above and beyond for us that morning to ensure everything was beyond perfect.

The experience we were given for our day, the overall staff professionalism, and the quality of the food, simply leaves us baffled as to how Faithlegg is not a 5 star hotel.

Thanks to the entire team for helping us to have a perfect wedding day.

Firstly a huge Thank you to you for all your help arranging our special day.

It was exactly as we wished for, full of emotion, love and laughter.

The hotel staff were amazing, collectively none of you missed a beat. From greeting us to looking after our every need throughout the day ye were wonderful. The food was perfect for all times and nobody in our party had a single issue with anything.

Jessica was a treat also.

We would love to take the opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to you and the entire team at Faithlegg. We had the most wonderful wedding weekend and are still one a high from the experience!

From the moment we first viewed the venue right through to check-out, we felt completely looked after, and our guests have echoed the same sentiment. Planning a wedding from overseas was a little stressful, but your calm guidance and responsiveness made the process seamless.

On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly. We know how much work happens behind the scenes and we’re so grateful for it all.

Ella & Siobhan – thank you both for your professionalism, warmth, and care. We felt in such safe hands.

Siobhan – your last-minute fix when I realised, I had forgotten my parents’ wedding photo was above and beyond. Siobhan reprinted and framed a photo for our cake table. Nobody would have known it wasn’t our original. Thank you for being so calm & sorting that out on the day as I would have been very disappointed not to have both our parents wedding photos on display.

Catherine on reception was always so kind and helpful. Such a pleasure to deal with and provided really excellent customer service throughout our stay. Gary the porter is a legend. He is so helpful, funny, and just a lovely person to have around.

Chloe, the banqueting manager was excellent and very professional. She guided us to our pre-dinner drinks and later in the night retrieved some items from the safe in the Lady Olivia Suite which I had forgotten to take out when we were leaving.

Each and every staff member we encountered, from housekeeping to wait staff to bar staff, went above and beyond. We were treated like VIPs the entire weekend, and even the small gestures – like one of the cleaners complimenting Alasdair’s mum on her dress the next morning – stood out to us as such personable, warm, and lovely staff.

The Lady Olivia Suite was a dream to get ready in with my bridesmaids – so much natural light (which our makeup artist loved), and so spacious for all the activity that morning. We had the best time there. The welcome treats delivered by Gary (bubbles and pastries) were such a thoughtful touch and really helped keep energy up.

We were also thrilled to stay a second night in the Cornelius Bolton Room – it’s stunning, and we felt truly spoiled.

Our guests loved the ice-cream stand, sweetie table and the food throughout the day was exceptional. We found it to be plentiful, high-quality, and beautifully presented. Nobody left hungry, and we received so many compliments about the meal and service.

The grounds and gardens are immaculate and provided a dream backdrop for our photos.

Thank you again for making our wedding so incredibly memorable. We are safely back in Australia now but already can’t wait to come back and stay at Faithlegg when we’re next in Ireland. It will always be a very special place for us.

Apologies for the delay in sending this message, it’s been a whirlwind summer! We wanted to write to you to say how absolutely wonderful our experience was holding our wedding at the Faithlegg Hotel on 4th May, 2025. Thank you so much to both of you for all your help and guidance in the lead up to the wedding, you were both so helpful and informative, and a pleasure to deal with, especially as we only had a 5 month lead in to the wedding!

The entire team at the hotel was absolutely amazing on the day. From the moment we arrived to set up the day before, until we left the following day, everyone was so friendly and helpful, and gave truly exceptional service. Michael and Tara were absolutely fantastic on the day and were so professional and friendly, they completely put us at ease. We were so lucky with the weather to be able to have our ceremony outside in the gorgeous grounds, and it was absolutely magical.

All of the servers during the drinks reception and meal were brilliant and the food itself was absolutely delicious. We had a lot of vegetarians, allergies, and dietary requirements, and there was such a great selection for everyone and nothing was a problem – it was absolutely fantastic. The day after the wedding, we got great help getting all of our decor and bits and pieces together and packed up, everything was smooth and everyone was so lovely. The bridal suite was beautiful, the pool area is luxurious and overall the hotel itself is so beautiful and well-maintained, it’s a real credit to the entire team. All of our guests had such a wonderful time, and we wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you so much, we look forward to visiting Faithlegg again in future.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding last Friday 14.06.24 the best day ever! All our guests were raving about the hotel quality -food/staff/service. The meal the night before the wedding was superb -our compliments to the chef! Then Michael coordinated everything so smoothly on the day itself-we felt so well looked after and it was all so relaxed. You even managed to save our melting wedding cake (from the sun), so thanks to the pastry chef! 

Guests then had a great time playing golf on day 2 and others used the spa facilities. Again on day 2 we had so many people tell us how amazing the food was at the BBQ! We loved trialling all the gorgeous rooms from the lady Olivia suite to the bridal suite to the Geneva suite, all gorgeous! 

Siobhan & James – 12th June 2024

James and I just wanted to reach and express our thanks to you in planning our wedding and to all your colleagues who made our day so special. We knew very little about how to plan a wedding prior to January and we thoroughly enjoyed the process. Faithlegg made the entire process so easy, enjoyable and everyone was so accommodating to all our ideas. 

I know its cliché to say it but it truly was the best day of our lives. The weather thankfully was beautiful, the food was gorgeous, more guests than we thought danced the night away. All the staff were so pleasant ad made us feel so special. Thank you so so much again, Faithlegg will always have a very special place in our hearts.

We just wanted to say thank you so so much from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream wedding a reality. It was the most amazing day from start to finish, and we were so happy with how everything went! From the minute we arrived, laden down with boxes, everyone tried their very best to help us in any way they could. The bedrooms were stunning, the meal the night before in the boardroom was so special. The service to the lady Olivia suite on the morning of the wedding was excellent.

When we arrived back to be greeted with champagne and a red carpet was so lovely! Everyone was raving about the drinks reception. And the function room looked amazing. Every specification we gave was carried out perfectly. Absolutely every guest raved about the food, I can see why Faithlegg is renowned for it! Thank you so much for everything Suzie, We appreciate everything you did for us!

Myself and Pa just want to thank you so much for everything you did for us in the run up to our wedding and on the day itself. Words cannot describe how amazing the day was, from start to finish. It was everything we had ever dreamed of and more. It was perfect. From start to finish, everything was just amazing. 

Every single member of staff from when we arrived on Saturday to when we checked out on Tuesday was just absolutely amazing. They were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. They put us and all of our guests totally at ease. Chloe was absolutely outstanding on the day of. We couldn’t have asked for any better.

It was so lovely to be surrounded by such amazing people for our special weekend. Huge thanks for looking after my brother’s dietary requirements, it made my parents so relaxed to know he was being so looked after. Also, a huge thanks for looking after my own food/drink requests, everything was perfect. All of our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about every aspect of our wedding day. It was literally a dream come through. Getting to spend 3 nights there was just spectacular, we were made feel so special for the whole weekend. We will definitely be back to Faithlegg to celebrate our one year anniversary
